The Healing Pouch

A new website and a candidate, employer and staff platform for a Gulf recruitment agency.

The problem
worth solving.

The Healing Pouch is an MEA-registered recruiting agent placing nurses, caregivers and skilled workers from India with employers in Qatar and the GCC. It needed a site that earns trust with candidates and their families, and one system for candidates, employers and its own staff.

How we
built it.

We rebuilt the marketing site in Astro, with pages for candidates, employers, free sessions, resources and agent verification, and resources managed in an EmDash CMS. Behind it, a NestJS and Prisma API on Postgres serves two React apps on their own hosts: one for applicants and employers, with job posting and demand letters, and one for staff, with candidate records, a hiring board, resume import and an enquiries inbox. Staff sessions work only on the staff host. Enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and alert the team by email. All four services deploy from main on Dokploy.
